Entretien
Interviewers were very friendly and laid back and each interview was with two people from the company. Majority of the interview was behavioral questions, as well as some situational questions. Overall, majority of the interview was conversational and a positive experience

30 minute behavioral interview where they asked questions regarding how well you worked in a team, communication problems that you have dealt with in the past, things that you have had to fight for because you were not being listened at the beginning of the process.

We started with a PowerPoint presentation of the company and the site. I met/interviewed with Site Director and had two separate interviews with two other managers (they happened to be available, not because they had opening in their departments). After the interviews, we received a site tour.
