I had a face-to-face interview for the role of Employment Law Consultant almost two weeks back through an agency and this is second/third week I have not had any feedback yet. Agency is saying they are chasing it up but Peninsula had advised they have not made a decision yet and cant say how long will it take?

Overall a pleasant experience. Asked a number of questions to assess knowledge of employment law. Provided a background of my employment experience to date. Information provided about the company and other sister companies. Interviewers were approachable and I felt at ease throughout the interview.

Straightforward and efficient interview process with general competency questions. Applied through the portfolio group who provided me with some good interview prep. Interviewees we’re nice and down to earth which made the experience feel relaxed and informal
