Someone contacts you through email. They then ask to add you on WeChat. After adding you on WeChat they will chat with you to get a sense of who you are. After that you'll schedule an interview. It's about a 3 day process. They will pretty much higher any foreigner. You don't even need to dress up for the interview.

It was a formal interview with the HR manager and project manager, who were very professional and willing to add new employees to the team. They outlined their goals and missions and wanted to make sure I agreed with that vision.

Turned up and the computer test didn't work. Had to come back the next day to complete the other half of the interview. The oral interview was clearly read off a webpage and the interviewer couldn't understand English very well.

There wasn't much to it. I imagine the only reason they have interviews at all is to make sure you're a normal human, and not some criminally insane magical dog that can somehow type. Then again, they'd probably hire you anyway if you were a dog that can type. They just ask you some basic questions about yourself and then tell you you got the job.
