Very positive, not much into technical details as for a junior level, however management lets you know they care about you.

The method used is classic behavioral interview. This means, the only way to answer a question well is to provide clear examples from your past experience. To prepare, think of situations you've been in at work, and your actions that led to an outcome - good or bad. If you find yourself speaking in really general terms with no specifics, it will be a bad interview.
