Applied online on Oxfam Website. E-mailed me invite to interview. Invited to log in to secure jobs website and select suitable time from those available. Very interesting that on arrival they provided me with the list of interview questions and gave me 10 minutes preparation time before going in to interview. Great idea. Only thing to be improved is communication, process and time for reimbursement of expenses for candidates who need or wish to claim them. Found out outcome 10 days after interview. Chair of panel telephoned. Gave extensive interview feedback on this call which was helpful and appreciated.

I did a written interview at their offices, and then I was invited to face-to-face interviews again at their offices. The interview went well, but they preferred an internal candidate.
Application through their website with an exercise. Shortlisted with 2 rounds of interview. The whole process took 4 weeks. They gave good feedback on timelines and next steps. The panels consisted of three experts plus HR

Il m'ont contacté pour passer un test écrit puis un entretien oral. Le processus a pris 2 mois entre le test écrit et l'entretien oral. Le test écrit n'était pas trop difficile et l'entretien était smooth.

C'était des questions spécifiques à propos les taches du poste lors du test écrit. Il y avait des questions en français et en anglais et une question de culture générale. L'entretien était pour parler de mon expérience liée à ce post.
