Terrible. Very difficult questions, not at all like what a question for a sales assistant would be. Very little about my experience, More about increasing profits - questions were very much geared towards a management position. Two people on the panel, and it was via Microsoft Teams. By the end of the interview, it was made clear to me that this position is more for an assistant store manager, not a retail assistant (senior or otherwise). And for a little more than minimum wage, it is certainly not worth it.
