The interview process was extremely smooth. I spoke with Shira Jason first and she was incredibly engaging and spoke so well about the opportunities at OB! I then spoke with the Hiring Manager and then did a case study presentation. Throughout the way there was transparency which was much appreciated.

RUN FAR AWAY. They are going to waste your time preparing for a few rounds of interviews and in the 3rd round they are actually going to let you know that the position you have applied is not for an ADR, it is for an SDR with ridiculous KPI - not having a target, but having an SLA to respond to emails within an hour.
