Entretien
Phone Interview with recruiter/hiring manager and onsite interview with the team and Chief of Staff. I was happily employed at my current job but decided to put myself out there just to see what the company had to offer. After the phone interview, I had an onsite interview where the hiring manager basically begged me to come in and was able to increase my base salary. I decided to give it a shot to see if I liked the culture and everything was fine until they ghosted me after the interview. After that experience, I would NEVER work for this company. If the candidate did not get the role, let them know! You are basically damaging your reputation if you ignore your candidates.

*This all happened pre-COVID*
I applied online through Builtin NYC and got an email to schedule a call with the Recruiter. After my call with the recruiter (still on the phone), she asked if I was available to come onsite to meet with the team. We set some time up and I got on the company paid shuttle from NYC to the office in Englewood Cliffs and got a tour of the office and met with the team. Everyone was super nice! After my interview, they told me to order an uber and gave me details to expense it to them.
Later that day I got a call from the team with an Offer.
