I was a referral and the interviews consisted of 4 rounds. The VP, the Regional, and other two other Regionals, as well a phone screen. They asked the basic interview questions, as well as, some others that could make others stumble if you don't know what you don't have the right experience.
Overall a positive experience and I really enjoyed getting to know the team there. I would recommend you try and have questions that are insightful to the position.
I have heard the getting a written offer takes anywhere from 2-12 weeks. This might be the only negative, but it's definitely a big one considering the time frame from the written offer. I have yet to start so that kind wait can be stressful.
