When I interviewed at OPOWER I got a chance to meet with each person on the team that I would eventually be working with. Although it was a long process, it positively influenced my decision to take the job in the end because I had a great sense of who I would be working with and what I could learn from these people. In addition, though the interview questions were challenging the atmosphere was friendly and not overly formal so I was at ease throughout the day.
