Phone interview with a recruiter to discuss the job, benefits, etc. Then two video interviews with team managers, and then an interview / assessment with a trainer. Everyone was very easygoing

Where to start? The recruiter called me nearly an hour late and barely apologized. After a mind-numbingly boring "interview" where the recruiter rambled about how great the benefits are (AKA the pay is awful) they somehow got the impression I was still interested. Without asking they scheduled me for a follow up and then proceeded to be late to that (video) interview as well. I did not stick around to hear their apology.
