There was a phone screening by an in-house recruiter, followed by a panel interview via zoom. Different levels of staff interviewed me for 30 minutes a piece for a total of 2 hours. It was very pleasant and personable. No offer was made, and ultimately I took a much more lucrative position with a competitor.

The interview process was comprised of three parts - recruiter (15 minutes), hiring manager (30 minutes), and four-member panel video interviews (30 minutes each) with three Market Managers and a General Manager. The interview process took about a week in total to complete but I received an offer within 24 hours of my last interview.

The interview was focused application of management and knowledge of construction. Be prepared to answer questions about successes and failures and strengths and weaknesses. My advice, do not talk in generalities, give examples, and be sure to ask questions when given the opportunity.
