Couldn't even get to the interview process despite ~20 years experience and checking off all of the requirements and bonus requirements for the job. What gives? Is this an example of more ageism in tech?

Shocking and Biased Hiring Experience
Went through multiple rounds of interviews, including a coding challenge I completed successfully—with time to spare. The interviewer even smiled and said everything looked great. Then, I received a rejection the same day with zero feedback.
Let’s call it what it felt like: racism. I’m a white candidate, and it’s painfully clear that this company—like much of the Bay Area tech scene—has a strong bias in who they favor. If the roles were reversed, this would be a scandal.
If you’re not part of their preferred demographic, don’t waste your time. Six rounds of interviews just to be dismissed without cause? Completely disrespectful. Walk away.
