Well, the lady emailed me and scheduled a time for a phone interview, However, on the day of the interview, I received no phone call. I was not notified that they are busy. I reached back and the lady rescheduled, But again I received no phone call on the second scheduled time. They are highly unprofessional and they do not value your time.

There was a major shift in the company so they needed to get people in quickly. I had two phone interviews, and one in-person interview that had me meet 3 different people. Each one-on-one lasted 30 minutes, which totaled 1hr 30min interview.
