Received a call 3 weeks after submitting an application, standard recruiter phone call with basic questions. A few days later I was contacted to schedule an in-office interview. This consisted of a 6-person panel that lasted 4 hours. Many of the employees seemed friendly, they were ALL concerned with my willingness to work 60+ hours per week. 2 weeks after that, I received an email stating I didn't get the job.

Did a phone interview with a recruiter and then was set up to do another phone interview with the hiring manager and college, IT lasted for 30 minutes and went very well. We had a great conversation and towards the end was told that someone would contact me to schedule an in person interview. The next day I received and email stating that the team decided not to proceed with the interview process. Whhhhaaaattttt???!!!! I totally do not understand how that was. This really shows what kind of company they are. How could the team decide that when I didn't speak with the team, They stated that the in person interview was in front of a team. Seems like they just do phone interviews so they won't be flagged by the EEO.

First step was a screening from the recruiter and getting to know your work history and what you know about the company. From there you interview with the Hiring Manager and she asks basic interview questions (why opendoor, what you know about the company, etc. Next steps would be a take home test, then on site panel interview.
