Straight forward and an overall good experience. Had 3 phone interviews, 1 on site interview, and then a 2 day work-trial before I got the offer. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel important from the moment I got there. Even during some of my interviews I was having a good time because I enjoyed the people I was communicating with. I instantly took the offer because I saw how much potential this company has and I wanted to be apart of it. It seemed like a too good to be true job right out of college.
