J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez OpenView

First interview was with a VP where we talked about my interest in the role, background and B2B SaaS investment thesis. Next I had a second phone screen with a partner in the firm. Most of his questions were similar to the VP's and the conversation felt very repetitive. I was told after the second interview that they weren't going to continue with my application because they had more qualified candidates in the pipeline. I was offered no explanation on why I wasn't qualified enough or any feedback about my interviews. The talent manager and EA also kept referring to the job as an analyst position even though I was being recruited as an associate. Overall, the process was extremely disorganized and confusing.

Applied online. Had a phone screen with one of the company's talent specialists that primarily went over previous experiences, timing and industry interests. Next interview was with a vice president. Also went over resume, previous work experiences/responsibilities (B2B experience especially helpful), and what sort of industry expertise you would bring to the table.
