Was ambush interviewed by a general partner. Strange dynamic given the conversation originated from a personalized, cold inbound email that did not mention anything about "the role" in question. Very awkward conversation start to finish

The interview process was great. Not too formal but full of information. This company sounds so well thought through and put together. Both of the people that I met with were very easy to talk to and did not make the interview uncomfortable in any way.
