Interview was peaceful with 1 round with their Technical lead with 20Y exp and 2nd round with the Manager The scam was from the HR/ management Even though they chased me initially for the opportunity and the HR Bharat was quite active while setting up interviews etc. He even asked me to relocate by apr 15 2024 as they wanted me to join by apr 17th. offer letter never came on promised date after a couple of followups, the HR Bharat said its waiting for a final approval and that approver is on leave later he ghosted me and avoided all my messages and mails I finally mailed him and asked him to acknowledge the mail as well as share an update with the offer letter. They gave the role to someone who accepted a lower offer Why manipulate me and give false assurances? Why waste my time? Its because of unethical companies and managements like these that an honest employee also starts to become selfish and cunning
