Very long drawn out process.
Interview process took over 2 months between recruiter contacting me and final interview.
Nearly two months between final interview and any feedback from the interview after being told it would be weeks.
Completed entire interview process for other opportunities and accepted role in time between OpenText interview and feedback.

Entretien
The first interview was with HR and covered general topics such as availability and previous experience, without going into technical details.
The second interview was a technical interview with other professionals in similar roles, where technical knowledge and prior experience were assessed.
The third interview was with the manager and a peer, and focused on describing the role’s needs, required technical knowledge, and discussing different support-related scenarios.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent interview experience at OpenText. After completing three rounds of interviews between March and April 2025, a process that spanned just three weeks, I was left without a decision for months. Despite my repeated attempts to get an update, I was consistently told the company was "waiting for manager responses." This back-and-forth continued until July 2025, only for me to receive an impersonal, automated rejection email. This lack of communication and the disrespectful manner of the final rejection are not what I would have expected from OpenText.
