It was very simple and straightforward. The questions were based on prior experience and delved into how that experience can be useful in the area that the program is. There were no technical questions that required writing code.

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
