Submit an application online. Wait to be contacted. Initial phone call provides more information on the position and the mission of the company. Very, very poor communication. Individuals will make contact with you, ask you a question, then proceed to ignore you. I was told that I would have an interview sometime during the week. I heard nothing from anyone until a secretary reached out to me right before you walked out the door for the weekend.

Heard back about two months from the time I submitted the application. The recruiter was responsive until I was handed over to the hiring manager. I did not get any update on whether I made it to next steps in the interview process
