Very straight forward interview with 2 subject matter experts that asked questions about fundamental System Administration concepts. The team provided a few scenario based questions that pertain to the industry and were very receptive of asking additional questions. They really look for someone who can use their experience and knowledge of industry systems to gauge the candidtates fit for the role.
