The interview process was primarily based upon behavioral-type questions. They interviewed me only once and it was a ~30 minute interview. I talked to two engineers: one mechanical and one electrical engineer. They asked me behavioral questions throughout the entire interview, so prepare for that if you plan on interviewing with Northrop.
