Applied online in spring for the following summer. Got a call to schedule an interview. Interview was with three people: Hiring manager, and two other managers for two different departments. Reviewed and asked questions about items on the resume, then asked "Why are you the right candidate for the position?". I only brought up one character trait when I should've been bringing out multiple traits (i.e strong work ethic, dedication, drive, passion ,etc)

A basic phone interview that just had me describe portions of my resume and about the work I would do at the company. It was only one behavioral interview and then they will give you an offer if you got accepted.

The interview lasted an hour. I interviewed with 4 different people separately during that hour. I think this was because there were 4 different intern positions. The first half of the interview usually consisted of them asking questions based on my resume and asking what I knew about NG and why I wanted to work there. The other half of the interview consisted of them explaining what the position entailed and answering the questions I had for them.

I was approached by a recruiter at a college fair to apply for the summer intern position. I applied online and I was selected to be interviewed at the Redondo Beach office. I was interviewed by three manager level employees who were very professional and friendly. The interview itself was pretty informal. They asked about my past work experience and answered all the questions that I asked about the company and their experience.
