Phone interview with a current engineer for about 45 minutes. No screen sharing and very casual. I submit my resume through grace hopper and received an email about scheduling.

Very quick and easy. Applied online their website. was forwarded there from linked in. Very nice. Delt directly with my manager during the hiring prosses then got transferred to a recruiter for my offer
The interview process was professional and well-structured. Interviewers asked thoughtful technical and behavioral questions and clearly explained the role, team responsibilities, and how the position contributes to Northrop Grumman’s mission.
