The interviewer showed up late and was unprepared. He was not able to connect to the wifi and could not ask me the questions that were required and then he said that he would contact me for a follow-up and I never heard back. He was very nice and I could tell he felt bad, but because of the situation it resulted in the process not going very well.

I was first contacted by the recruiter and then had a one hour phone interview with the hiring manager. I told them I had another offer already and they gave me an offer a few days after the phone interview. The manager said this was rare though and there's usually an on-site interview before the offer. The whole process was extremely quick and all the people were very nice.
