Only analyzed behavioral traits and leadership styles, not technical. Very straight forward and one on one, and provided great constructive criticism. Both interviews were very genuine and the interviewers were eager to be there. Had spoken to both interviewers at the different interviews prior at networking sessions that the company hosted.
