I was notified by a company employee of the opening and he submitted my name. Two weeks later I was told to go the company website and formally apply for the position. One week later I was notified that I had an interview in two weeks. Did the interview and received an offer letter three days later. I accepted the offer and the pre-screening process began. I got a start date two months later.

Applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. Interview was conducted over the phone and lasted for approx one hour. This was followed up by HR almost immediatally.
