Phone interview, not located at hiring site and not asked to interview in person. Informal panel of hiring managers all within systems engineering, they ultimately selecting what group I was being hired into.

How did you handle a difficult personality on your team.
Mainly behavioral questions, asked to walk through resume and previous experience. Asked about the types of roles I was interested in to forward my resume to other teams as well. Interviewer was very friendly and professional.

Entretien
Met with a representative at a virtual career fair and chatted for a bit. I submitted my resume and received an email that I was going to have a phone interview. The phone interview was all behavioral, and I received an offer very soon after.
In person, asked questions about system engineering, school, interests etc. This was done with two interviewers, they wanted someone with experience in systems engineering. Also, make sure to dress nicely and be prepared to speak about your resume.
