There was a panel interview of 5 managers. Each manager had sheet of paper with basic questions to ask the interviewee. The questions were asked one by one by each manager. If any one beside the asking manager had a question he/she would speak up. I felt like the questions were fair and had more to do with your skills and competencies. There weren't any trick questions so it made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
