I attended a college career fair within my industry and had a chance to meet with a panel of individuals. Two hiring managers, their manager, HR and two other outside reps. I really one asked one question in the beginning which was tell us about your experience and that turned into a 20 minute conversation. At the end I asked a few questions about the company and that was it. One business day later I was contacted by another HR rep and I was told to fill out an application. Three days later I was offered the job. Great process once you get the interview.
