Phone screen with recruiter was fine. She called back to set up a video interview with the hiring manager. On the day of the video interview, the recruiter called an hour before the meeting to say that she had to move the interview to six hours later that afternoon, but would email to confirm. After blowing my day waiting for the now much later meeting, I still hadn't received an email confirmation thirty minutes before the newly proposed time. Called the recruiter and she said, oops, I forgot to email you. Yes you have a video interview in thirty minutes. RED FLAG 1. Scrambled to get ready in time for the meeting. Met with the hiring manager who didn't thank me for the reschedule. RED FLAG 2. Hiring manager asked questions like "where have you purchased our product before" knowing full well it wasn't even available in most areas of Southern California. RED FLAG 3. I had purchased their private label stuff at Costco and Target. Recruiter called a week later saying they were passing. Dodged that bullet. I'd avoid this place unless you want to work in an antiquated and unprofessional workplace.
