HR and hiring manager were friendly and to-the-point. I went through 13 interviews, 7 of which were on the phone with team members in Europe (Germany) and the US (Oregon, Arkansas). The interviews were more like a back and forth conversation, focused on the actual job. Because my role was expected to interact with a partner located in Germany, a good number of phone interviews where conducted in German to test my proficiency in this language.
