Few interviews, initial screening with HR, first interview with person in the team, second interview with management team, everyone was friendly, good structure, people cared about me, NetApp paid for a flight and the taxi to the office, location was in Munich. The first two interviews were virtual the management interview was in the office.

The interview process was 4 steps - very straightforward and clear. HR was really nice and caring. It was a background check first then a mockup case study. The HR and Interviewers were understanding a nice.

Entretien
Initial interview, not with HR but a team member. Nothing significant
Second interview with two team members who never identified their role in the organization
Third interview was a simulation after a home assignment
Fourth interview with head boss and hr
After being told this was the last stage and I would be updated "as quickly as possible", 8 days later I was informed that despite the previous interview being the last stage they wanted an additional assignment.
The assignment received was for a account executive
