4 rounds of selection process with 1 written examination having aptitude and technical questions and 2 rounds of technical interview and 1 round of HR interview. If you have completed your technical rounds very well then HR round is just a formality.

After a screening interview, I was invited to a virtual interview with the hiring manager. She asked a few questions about my experience and qualifications and described the position, as well as the project.

Entretien
NetApp came to University of Pittsburgh Career Fair. Applied there itself. Got a mail in a couple of weeks scheduling me for phone interview. The interview touched all corners of CSE. Algorithms, Data Structures, C/C++, System level discussions on Segmentation and Paging, Storage/Database related questions. There was a routine round up of resume as well.
