I was contacted directly for a position due to my experience and profile on LinkedIn. They were quite insistent, so I agreed to an interview with HR. It was an informal phone call that went well. They were interested in moving forward and would tell me the time for the next interview. However, I never heard from them again. I was ghosted for a position I didn't even apply for!
