Coming out of college, I met with a representative at our college and their rep expressed interest. I had a solid resume of experience in different fields at that time. Interviewed a week or so later with a different person who seemed to have a completely different agenda from the one I initially spoke with.

First, you get a call from the HR and they do a quick phone interview and set a date for a screening interview with the management or the person leading the team for this specific role. If you get shortlisted they send you an assignment. They tell you that you will receive an email if you get rejected.

Had one interview with HR (virtually) and some tests online which never had feedback about them. The HR employee was easy to talk to and made you feel quite comfortable. Altough she told me that I will have some feedback for my test procedure whice never happened.

First of all we had a meeting on Teams. It was like having a warm meeting with people who are interested to know about your routines, interests and trying together to discover if you could fit in the role.
