Very easy, interviewed with hiring firm initially, then spoke with current Nestle employees. Temp agency explained process and background checks required. Overall a very easy process, be prepared with basic documents such as drivers license etc

Departmental heads were there to induct us and was also give us targeted outlines per shift.
