Nestle in Woodridge IL, interviewed w 6 different people, 2 at a time. The first two I interviewed w was good, the plant manager and another maintenance technician. Interview went well as it should. The other four I interviewed w was pointless in my opinion and a waste of time. The company has a total of 12 people so I interviewed w half of them. Perhaps the plant manager isn’t as confident in his judgment to include all the interviewers. That raised a flag in my opinion.

Teams interview, two people interviewing showed little interest , texting on there phones whilst I was answering questions etc. could not provide much information on the role, didnt ask any personal questions or questions about my experience only asked fixed questions they were reading off a sheet.
