Through referral I got a call from HR. Initial discussion with HR gave me the impression that HR is nowhere near interested in hiring candidates. She didn’t offered any flexibility when it comes to when I can write the online test. Test link was shared and I have cleared the exam. Next day I got a mail asking for my availability for next round of interview. I shared the details and turns out HR ghosted me. A week later she called me asking for the availability I asked for the reason for ghosting she said she already informed me via email. But I didn’t received any emails from her. She blatantly lied. Then I asked her to schedule the interview for Saturday to which she said she cannot schedule the interview on weekends. And that’s when I withdrew my application.
