The interview process consisted of three rounds, all primarily technical, followed by a final client round. The role was for a MERN Full Stack Developer, and the questions were focused on practical knowledge—there were no DSA or complex system design questions. The system design round went particularly well. All the interviewers were knowledgeable, professional, and understanding throughout the process. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the interactions felt smooth and well-structured.

Interview was very easy but interviewer thought candidate should give answer in the way that interviewer want. Immature person taking interview. Management should check some recordings and have to align some good employees in panel. 2-3 year people taking interviews of 12 year candidates.
