The interview process took about ten days, and met with the business team first, and then the technical team. The environment was very relaxed and questions were unstructured which made it more natural to be interviewed. Each panel interview consisted of about 4 people. One of the interviews was on the main campus and the rest at the off site location.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with a recruiter, call with hiring manager, and onsite with a round robin interview with multiple team members and leaders. The time between phone screens and stages in general can be long as Nike moves slower than most.

Entretien
I had a single, fairly brief interview with the hiring manager and 2 other members of the team. It was a relaxed environment. We discussed my past experience and I got some details of what the work would involve. I felt like I would be a good fit with the team and I received an offer the next day.
