J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NIKE (Locust Grove, GA) en oct. 2015

The interview process was extremely easy.
I applied to Nike from Indeed.com . Later on that same day I received a call from HR. She asked me a couple questions (Why Nike, Available schedule). From there she asked me would I like to come in for an interview and I had a choice to pick from two time frames.
Following along with the interview process, I got a few pointers from this website. It was a group interview with about 5 people including myself. Make sure you take advantage of when they ask you if you have any questions for them. I received a call literally 30 minutes after my interview and was told to check my email to complete my HireWright background info.
I was contacted five days after my HireWright app and my background was clear & I was offered the job! (Which I was reallllyyyyy happy about. Great/Easy experience overall.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.

Had a live interview with 2 HR members, and 2 other interviewees. They asked 5 total questions that are all behavioral. The interview moved quickly and we took turns to answer questions.
It was a group setting very much not a 1v1. Try to stand out but positively, Show intent and practicality, and show you will be a great teammate to work with.
