I applied online on a Sunday and called the next day. The hiring manager was in a meeting so I left my name and number to say that I called. On Wednesday, I received a call to come in for a group interview on Friday. I was one of 4 in that specific group. I was a bit intimidated considering the fact that I was the only girl, the youngest, and I didn't have experience being on a sport's team. The interviewer said she would let us know the following Tuesday if we got the job, and sure enough, I got the position.
