10 interview process. 2x phone then 7 onsite all day interviews then additional 1x phone interview with online testing. This is not standard number of interviews. Management added in extra stages.
Contract took a long time to be issued whilst also giving pressure to resign from previous role. Nike don't listen and expect people to resign without signing the contract.
The interview process was relatively easy and painless. I thought the interviewer was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable enough to ask follow up questions etc.

5 interviews in total, first with recruiter, then hiring manager, then business case interview (hiring manager + Director in same function), and 2 more interviews with Senior Director for the function and 2 business stakeholders for the role.

Entretien
I sent my CV and 2 days later I was invited to an online recorded interview. The questions were about specific soft skills and I had to answer telling about a situation in which I used them. I also had to do a test to measure my empathy and how I interact in professional environments. Atfter 3 weeks the recruiter called me and scheduled a meeting with the manager of the team. The interview was really structured with a lot of question on how I would act in specific situations.
