It was a pretty relaxed group interview. They were doing a series of these that morning, and the one before ours went like 30 minutes over, so we were all just stuck in a room, not sure what to do. But one of the guys in there ended up leading the conversation and I think he would've been really good at the job. Not sure if he got it though.
They had us all go into a back room, sit in a circle in folding chairs, and go around answering questions about experiences according to the questions. All pretty standard questions like: "Tell me about a time you disagreed with a customer and how your reacted to it?" "What would you do if you saw someone stealing, or suspected someone was trying to steal?". Pretty standard retail questions.

Question 1
"what was a time that you saw something wrong being done and what did you do about it?" was probably the hardest one according to me.

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
