Nike Talent Acquisition Team contacted me a few days after sending my application. The time and date of the video interview can be selected by the candidate via a specific link sent by the recruiter. The interview time is scheduled for 30 minutes and at the beginning, the recruiter shared the step of the interview. From the beginning of the video interview, the recruiter was quite arrogant and was typing the whole time of the interview (I presume to take note but as least a short notification would have been welcome). Then the discussion took a different orientation as the recruiter started to complain about the city where the Nike role was to be fulfilled (also the city where I am living) by sharing racist comments about people having a different background and culture....I was quite shock as it is very inappropriate to conduct such discussion in an interview but also because it is not the value Nike is sharing (via their website at least). Overall, the questions are very easy and the goal of the first video interview is to understand the candidate, the motivation, get to know you, check the salary expectation and the potential starting date.

Had overall 4 interviews including phone screening, great support from the recruiter, constant communication, interesting to learn about the company and overall processes, difficult to find-out what particular competence they are looking for. They were unresponsive for a week and they communicated I was not the selected candidate.
