It was a large group interview, with about 90 people split into 4 groups. I got a call 2 days later moving forward to the next step in the hiring process, which was split into groups of 4 people.

Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
