The process took 2 weeks. I applied online and got a call from a recruiting member for a phone interview. I passed it and was set up for a group interview the next day. The questions were really simple, nothing out of the ordinary. The interview was laid back and felt really comfortable. it was 4 of us and 2 managers. The managers said we should here a response in the next 48 hours.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
